Below are some guidelines from the British Horse Society (BHS) on how a paint site contract should be developed and what clauses it should contain. Each section below should help add useful tips to the different clauses, depending on the type of paint chord you choose. (For example, a complete paint chord is different from a grass varnish accord.) The type of paint, the weekly rate and the type of billing, and here you should mention all the extras that lie outside the daily terms of Contract 3. Work painting – In addition to the complete duration of the painting, it is also necessary to define the conditions under which a horse can work: 3.1 The owner must ensure that the horse is supplied with all the questions described in the schedules (this will give the responsibilities of the owner vis-à-vis your horse, the services provided by the shipyard, the services paid , a profile of your horse, and a daily breakdown of your horse`s routine farm, and is created in four parts) No one can ride on this farm without a hard hat and safe shoes. 1. General – Information to be included in each varnish contract: These paint agreements include variants for full finishing, where additional training and services could be offered, and for DIY painting, in which the client must have a practical involvement in the case of the horse. All documents are in plain English and can be presented to a client as your “conditions” or be signed as a formal legal document. They are designed by a horse owner for life, so include things you can`t expect from a lawyer! Insurance – the responsibility of the horse must remain to the owner, and the owner of the farm should exclude liability for injuries to the horse and shares or equipment that are lost. As a farm owner, make sure your business insurance is updated every year.

Welfare decisions – the owner of the farm should have the right to make the decision to put the horse to sleep on veterinary advice only if the owner cannot be contacted. The importance of this issue was highlighted recently by a case where a farm owner was prosecuted after euthanized a horse with colic instead of ordering the veterinarian to perform the operation. If an animal is covered by death or loss of use insurance, the owner must indicate it in the paint contract. This is a complete paint agreement for farm owners who offer do-it-yourself features to horse owners. 2.4 The Court develops and publishes, with veterinary advice, a public health policy which, subject to it, must include guidelines on deworming and vaccination. The farm owner provides a bulk box and basic facilities, but the horse owner usually feeds, practices and takes care of the horse. 1.1 The Court provides services at all times, efficiently and professionally, throughout their lifespan, meeting the welfare needs of the horse, while exercising all the skills, care and care that can be expected from a competent and properly qualified painting farm.
