Workers may work remotely on a permanent or temporary basis. As part of the discussion process, an appropriate level of communication between tele-shuttlers and superiors will be agreed and more formal during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, the manager and teleworker communicate at a level that corresponds to the level that is working in the office or in a manner and frequency appropriate for the work and the people involved. Telework allows employees to work from home, on the go or on a satellite site throughout their work week. Telework may be suitable for some employees and jobs, but not for others. Telework is not a claim, it is not a company-wide benefit and it does not change the terms of employment with [company name].
